Human Rights Management Charter

We at UNIS Co., Ltd. are committed to contributing to the industrial landscape of Korea by upholding human dignity and value in all our business activities through the active practice of human rights management. In doing so, we fulfill our social responsibility and pursue sustainable growth together with our stakeholders.
To that end, we hereby declare the following principles of human rights management, which serve as the code of conduct and standard of ethical judgment for all our executives and employees, and we pledge to uphold them in practice.

1. We respect and comply with international standards and norms concerning human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. 2. We do not discriminate against any stakeholder—including in employment practices—on the basis of race, nationality, disability, gender, age, place of birth, political opinion, or religion. 3. We do not tolerate any form of forced labor or child labor under any circumstances. 4. We provide a safe and healthy working environment to ensure occupational safety and health. 5. We comply with all domestic and international environmental regulations and strive to create a sustainable future for the next generation. 6. We rigorously manage personal information collected in the course of our business and are committed to protecting privacy.
