Usage

Paint materials used to prevent lead from sticking when soldering parts on printed circuit boards for information, communication, and display

Process of processing to provide electrical insulation while protecting circuits other than parts holes or surface mounts (SMDs) soldered to the final product

Resist Ink to protect surface circuits from external environments while preventing unnecessary lead adherence when inserting and mounting parts into PCB and COF

Characteristic

A product with high surface hardness and excellent flexibility through curing between polyurethane resin synthesized with a molecular weight designed for the purpose and epoxy resin with excellent electrical insulation

It consists of a clean system from the input of raw materials to the packaging of the product, so there is less oreign substances

Using a fine size pigment, there is no poor pigment dispersion or oversize particle size

SR Ink usage and performance comparison

How to use

Add 110g of curing agent exactly to 690g of main agent.

Stir at 660 rpm x rev. of rotation of paste mixer (Rot.).

It should be used within 24 hours after aging for at least 2 hours.
